If a shed is 10’ or wider we require a stone or concrete base. 

If the height of the stone pad is extreme we recommend getting an enclosure (generally 10” high or more).

Based on the requirements of your towns setbacks, you can put your shed where ever it is convenient for you as long as there is adequate access. 

We recommend cutting the grass, removing small trees, brush, shrubs or small plants. Remove any debris or objects in the way. 

The best way to get a shed into a fenced in yard is to remove an appropriate sized section of the fence to allow access or get a build on site. 

We generally require a minimum of 2 EXTRA feet larger than the width of the shed you ordered (i.e. 8’ shed requires 10’ clearance…).

Do not worry! We also build on site. 

While we try to provide a timely and efficient service some extenuating circumstances can delay your delivery. Building time, demand, weather conditions like rain and snow play the largest roles on shed delay.

We offer sheds, gazebos, pergolas/pavilions, garages and custom structures. We also offer tear downs of existing sheds, gravel pads, enclosures, shed relocation, in-yard moves, re-leveling of sheds and shed accessories. 

Included with your purchase we deliver directly from our custom shed trailer. We also have additional solutions for difficult access using our shed MULE or shed MOVER machines. 

For all 8’ wide sheds or smaller we recommend purchasing six-eight  8”x12”x2” pavers which you can purchase from your local hardware store like home depot or Lowes. For 10’ or larger we require a stone/gravel or concrete pad.
